Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: RP by Versa Gripps accepts returns for refunds and exchanges for size -  only in the US. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase (Black Friday and Christmas holidays are within 60 days of purchase) and there is a 10% restocking fee on returns for refunds. Our refund department reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund based on the wear and tear of the returned product and for any product returned after 30 days.

We only offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. To choose a different size, please select the correct size from the menu during the exchange process. If there are requests outside sizing exchanges, Versa Gripps will reach out to the customer for more information.

To start the process, please visit our Returns Portal. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once the courier has returned them to our facility. 

Please Note: Custom orders are designed just for you and cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure and size accordingly. 

If you are exchanging sizes: Please check out our size tab on the product page to ensure a correct fit. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES SHIPPING INFO: 

Domestic Returns
We now provide USPS shipping labels for all domestic returns processed through our portal. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns for refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Returns (Refunds ONLY)
For international returns, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Versa Gripps USA is not responsible for gear lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest using a traceable shipping service when shipping back returns. If you do not pay enough postage for your return shipping and a balance is still owed to the courier, the amount is deducted from your refund—international returns labeled to Versa Gripps Returns, 571 US Rte 1, Hancock, ME 04640.

REFUNDS: Our refund department reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund based on the wear and tear of the returned product and for any product returned after 30 days. Your merchandise refund will take approximately 3-5 business days to process from the return date to our facility. International refunds can take 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

LOST PACKAGES: If your package has been lost, you must contact us within 10 days of a courier delivery notification. We will do our best to locate the package or replace the order at our discretion. Shipping costs associated with lost packages are non-refundable.
